The Exchanged Life Advanced Training (ELAT) is an intensive study course designed for those students who desire a deeper personal experience of the truth of the Exchanged Life Message. The application of these truths in a Christian’s life through this practical training and teaching are immeasurable. This study is also excellent preparation for those individuals whom God is calling into a Grace focused ministry, either lay ministry or to a formal full time ministry of counseling and teaching. Through classroom situations, the tools which are taught and practiced are useful to lead others into an ever deepening experience of Christ as their life. Requirements to attend: The student must have attended a complete Grace Life Conference or The Exchanged Life Conference, or Discovering Grace and must have also completed a Grace Life Workshop. Please see our Resources page for more information on these courses. Each person will be required to fill out a formal application form and have a personal interview with the Director of Grace Life Ministries. Because of the nature of this program each application will be prayerfully reviewed to determine the student’s spiritual readiness to enter into this training before being accepted into the program. Proposed schedule: The ELAT will begin with a five day week of 9 am – 5 pm of teaching and practical application. The remainder of the training takes place during a once a month teaching session that will run Thursday and Friday evenings, 7 pm – 10 pm and Saturday 9 am – 5 pm for the next eight months. Each student will be required to attend a one on one monthly meeting with the instructor. Required additional study: In addition to the classroom time there is an extensive required reading list of approximately 27 books as well as listening to 12 audio series, and viewing 4 multiple video series. To assist in the student’s comprehension of the material, a brief review of each item will be required either in written form or verbally in the monthly meeting. Some of the video series will be viewed during the scheduled class times. Class size and cost: The space in this course is limited to six students and the cost for this course will be $1,500 / student and can be paid in $500 installments. The ELAT is a prerequisite for beginning the process of becoming a member of the Association of Exchanged Life Ministries (AELM). Membership in the association gives those who are working with individuals access to the many resources found within the members of the AELM, as well as permission to use the “Grace Life Conference” syllabus in public presentations.
